3. Scope of Policy
- We will ensure that all our Directors and employees are aware of this policy.
- We reflect this policy in our activities, particularly in relation to the provision of our services and employment.
- When hiring sub-contractors and other agencies to work for us we will ensure that they are made aware of this policy.
4. Training
- We will provide training for relevant staff in the appropriate areas so that this policy is effective.
5. Responsibility for implementation
The overall responsibility for implementation of this policy rest with the Chief Executive However, all our employees have a responsibility to follow this policy.
We will take action against those personnel who fail to apply this policy.
